She is the founder and co-managing partner of the firm. Her core area is Statutory audits, Tax audits, IND AS and IFRS, Direct taxes consultancy including TDS, payroll solution and rendering of consultancy on Accounting and Company law
She has the great academics records and availed various scholarships during her academic years. She holds a certificate issued by ICAI for “Certificate course on Concurrent audit of banks.
She was also empanelled with CSR2LIFE.COM for CSR Fund Audit in her individual capacity.
He is experienced professional and co-managing partner having ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Direct and Indirect taxation including International taxation and transfer pricing and Internal Audit. His core area is representations before the tax authorities’ upto CIT and ITAT levels, in the matter of Direct and Indirect taxes both.
He has more than 7 years of professional experience in Corporate sector. He was deputed as Assistant Accounts Manager in Asian Color Coated Ispat Limited (ACCIL) and Anand Triplex Board Limited, before his association with the firm.
He is also the member and speaker at various Tax Bar Associations.
